UNICO Delaware inducts new officers and members

On Oct. 19, UNICO District Governor Sal Ingallina of Harrington, Del., swore in Dr. Steven Stanzione as president and Pam Notarangelo as vice president, and inducted nine new members: Lucille D’Alfonso, Joan Moses, Susan Leathery, Michael Scalise, Gina D’Alfonso, Jean Brolund, Suzanne Yenzi, Rose Conley and Jessica Conley.

After enjoying antipasti and wine, friends and attendees were treated to a presentation and tasting of “Rosaline di Pasta alla Romagnola” by member Terri Crovato and an informative presentation by Ryan Clark of helpful hints for seniors.

On Jan. 18, 2024, UNICO will present an Italian movie night on Jan. 18, 2024, a Carnevale celebration on Feb. 8 at Sunny Bay Café, and a scholarship award dinner in March.

Proceeds from these events are donated to local and national charities.
