Portrait of judge unveiled

Retired Philadelphia County Court of Common Pleas Judge Paul P. Panepinto is pictured with a portrait of himself that was officially unveiled May 9 at City Hall in Philadelphia. Judge Panepinto was appointed to the court in 1990 by Gov. Robert P.
Casey Sr. The portrait will be hung in one of Philadelphia’s judicial centers.
