Photographer Flavia Loreto will speak on the art of portraiture

Portrait photographer Flavia Loreto will present her new portrait collection during a talk on May 3 at 5:30 p.m. at the Music School of Delaware, 4101 Washington St. in Wilmington.

Loreto’s “Resonance” exhibit is a collection of portraits of the musicians of Serafin Ensemble, who will perform during the Serafin Summer Music Festival running from June 9 to June 25 at the Music School of Delaware’s Wilmington and Lewes locations.

During the opening event, Loreto will introduce the guests to the world of portrait photography and answer questions.

Following the reception, the Serafin Ensemble will perform at 7 p.m.

Loreto’s photographs will be on view from May 1 through June 30.
