The National Italian American Foundation (NIAF) is pleased to announce the newest members to serve on the NIAF Board of Directors. The NIAF Board of Directors’ purpose is to bring together many of the nation’s leading Italian Americans to guide the foundation and to ensure that its mission of promoting, protecting, and preserving the Italian heritage in the United States continues to be fulfilled for the years to come.

Appointed in April 2022, the newest members of the NIAF Board of Directors include Michael Maturo, founding Managing Partner and President of RXR Realty LLC; Debra DiMaggio, Principal Partner of the Law Offices of Debra DiMaggio; and Nick Sinatra, Founder and C.E.O. of Sinatra & Company Real Estate.

In addition, Maturo serves on a number of outside boards and committees such as the Long Island Association, Catholic Foundation of Long Island, Cold Spring Harbor Laboratory, and Real Estate Roundtable.

An experienced litigator for over 30 years, DiMaggio’s law firm concentrates in domestic relations, matrimonial law, divorce, pre-marital agreements, parentages cases, civil unions, and family law. DiMaggio is a fellow of the prestigious American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers (AAML). An entrepreneur, Nick Sinatra founded Sinatra & Company Real Estate in 2009, a privately held, full-service real estate firm based in Buffalo, New York and Tampa, FL. The Company owns, manages, and has developed a broad-based portfolio of real-estate assets valued at over a half of a billion dollars.

“We are so pleased and honored to welcome these impressive and high-achieving individuals to NIAF’s Board of Directors,” said NIAF Chairman Bob Carlucci. “Each Member adds new expertise, ideas and perspectives, equipping the Foundation to best serve our greater Italian American community and to strengthen ties between the United States and Italy.”
