ROME – Late ex-premier and media billionaire Silvio Berlusconi’s will was opened on July 5 before two lawyers, Luca Fossati of the Chiomenti law firm, and Carlo Rimini, sources said.
Fossati represented Berlusconi’s two older children from his fi rst marriage, Marina and Pier Silvio, while Rimini represented the three children from his second marriage, Barbara, Eleonora and Luigi, the sources said.
Among other things, the will outlined how Berlusconi wanted his 61 percent stake in the Fininvest family holding company to be split between his children. Berlusconi was estimated to have had a net worth of over 6 billion euros at the time of his death on June 12.
