The Brandywine Zoo presents Brew at the Zoo on June 9. Visit the zoo after hours for this popular annual FUNdraiser event for the Delaware Zoological Society which includes a variety of beer, wine, and spirit tastings from numerous vendors, light fare from local restaurants, and ice cream from Hy-Point Farms, live music by Spokey Speaky, and up-close animal encounters from Animal Behavior, and Conservation Connections. John Pizzarelli Trio “Stage and Screen” comes to City Winery on June 21. World-renowned guitarist and vocalist John Pizzarelli has dedicated many of his albums to the great songwriters and performers who have helped to establish the Great American Song-book and the pop music canon: Nat King Cole, Frank Sinatra, Paul McCartney, Richard Rodgers, and Duke Ellington, to name a few. With his new album, Pizzarelli and his remarkable new trio cast a wider net to explore other sources for the most immortal songs of the past century: the Broadway stage and the silver screen. Italian Comedy Night with Tammy Pescatelli comes to New Jersey and Pennsylvania this June! Tammy combines brassy sexiness with a bold female voice and witty sarcasm. “Tammy Pescatelli’s: Way After School Special,” was released and hit No. 3 on iTunes. She appeared on the highly acclaimed Showtime Comedy Special, “Women Of A Certain Age 2 and most recently had a guest star role on “Blue Bloods.” Tammy is also the host of Circle TV’s standup show “Standup Nashville: Live From Zanies” which is currently airing.

Tammy recently starred as the flawed yet lovable lead in “That’s Amore” – an independent “grown up rom-com” that is available on Amazon Prime. Her film credits include “Made in Brooklyn,” “I Am Battle Comic,” “Single: A Documentary Film” and “Everybody Wants to Be Italian.” She is also a regular on USO Comedy tours, Tammy is honored and humbled to have been privileged to have entertained our troops all over the world. This mesmerizing show is more than just legendary music, it’s a tribute to Holly-wood’s golden years.
