$15.00Delaware Italian American Education Association in partnership with Friends of Italian Culture will present L’Ombra del Giorno (The Shadow of the Day). Plot: In Ascoli Piceno, 1938, Luciano, a fascist sympathizer and WWI veteran, owns a restaurant in Piazza del Popolo. His predictable life is turned upside down when he meets Anna, a young woman asking desperately for a job. . .
The movie event will be held at St. Anthony Grade School in the Ballad Room. (W. 10th & N. Scott Sts. Wilmington, DE
Doors open at 1:45. Dinner will be served at 2:00.
Raffle and short movie introduction before the screening.
Movie starts at 2:50.
Tickets available on site for $15.00 The cost includes dinner, movie, and a raffle ticket.
