Italian Cinema Series

$15.00The Delaware Italian American Education Association (DIAEA) Italian Cinema Series in partnership with Friends of Italian Culture (FIC) will present the Italian movie (with English subtitles) , La Donna Più Bella Del Mondo starring Gina Lollobrigida in the romanticized story of famed Italian opera singer Lina Cavalieri. An Italian meal that reflects the setting of the movie will be served prior to the movie. Dr. Gabriella Finizio will deliver a brief introduction to the film. The entry fee of $15.00 covers the meal, the movie, and a raffle ticket. All funds raised benefit La Piazza di Giustina Italian Language Summer Camp for children.
The meal and film will be held in the Ballad Room (cafeteria) at St. Anthony Grade School Wilmington, DE 10th & Scott Streets. Doors open @ 1:45 p.m.
