Cookies for Santa! He’s coming to Serpe’s!

ELSMERE — Serpe’s, New Castle County’s Italian Specialty Bakery, in Elsmere will celebrate its re-opening with a visit from Santa Claus from noon to 3 p.m. on Dec. 10.

Assisting Santa will be Melissa Cannavo-Marino, the host of WILM’s Sunday morning Italian-American
music program “Mattinata Musicale.” Children can meet and greet Santa while their moms and dads will have a chance to win a holiday food basket courtesy of Rosa Foods or a Serpe’s cookie tray.

In addition to the many great breads and pastries that Serpe’s has been known for over its 64 years, Serpe’s now carries a selection of Talluto’s quality frozen pasta products. Check out their rack of packaged Italian food items including torrone, taralli and sugar-free cookies.
